The Best European Foodies Excursion is Part 3 of my Foodie Excursion, after The Best Asian Foodies Excursion and The Best African Foodie Excursion, as I planned to do my excursion through all continents, now we will go to discover European cuisine.
European cuisine offers a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Here are 13 popular European foods you might enjoy, and you may think why is she selecting only this cuisine? I don't pick out by myself but I always just follow people's preferences and what often they order in the restaurant, ask for recipes, or maybe what most famous cuisine. But if you want me to talk about any cuisine let me know in the comment.

1. Paella (Spain)
paella, in Spanish cuisine, is a dish of saffron-flavored rice cooked with meat and seafood. Originating in the rice-growing areas on Spain's Mediterranean coast, the dish is especially associated with the region of Valencia. Paella takes its name from the Pella, the utensil in which it is cooked, a flat round pan with two handles; paella is traditionally eaten from the pan. and there are two other handsome stories about what is paella, one is paella is baqaya which is in Arabic language leftover, and one is about a gentleman who created this dish for his wife in Spanish language para Ella which is for her.
2. Croissant (France)
Croissant, According to legend, it was created in 1683 to celebrate the victory of the Austrian army over the Turks, during the victory of Vienna, its shape evoked the symbol of the Ottoman flag.
Croissant is a French pastry made from puff pastry in a crescent shape. It is a buttery, flaky, viennoiser pastry about uses the French yeast-leavened laminated dough. And this days there are a variety of different types of croissant, with cheese, chocolate, almond and custard.
3. Goulash (Hungary)
Goulash, This Hungarian recipe is a slow-cooked beef soup or stew that’s boldly flavored with stacks of paprika which makes the sauce a deep, vibrant red color. Thick traditional beef strew with extra character, is made of onion, garlic, carrots, celery, tomato paste, potatoes, bay leaves, and thyme with a touch of special spices, This juicy sauce must be accompanied with bread or mashed potatoes.

Moussaka (Greece), A traditional Greek dish casserole is made with layers of eggplant ( aubergine), minced meat which is often lamb, and thick layers of creamy béchamel sauce. It is typically baked until golden and served warm, in other words, it's just the ultimate comfort food.
6. Bratwurst (Germany):
Bratwurst (Germany), With the first bite you’ll immediately recognize that “ German flavor “ that you know and love from time spent in Germany.
7. Pierogi (Poland):
- Si it is an iconic Italian pasta dish made with spaghetti, eggs, Pecorino Romano cheese, pancetta, and black pepper. The heat from the cooked pasta and pancetta creates a creamy sauce without the need for cream. it is very simple and easy to make, it doesn't take more than 30 minutes to prepare and cook, loved by everyone.
9. Haggis (Scotland):
Haggis, A really traditional Scottish dish dating from 1430, loved by everyone, the same dish could be found in another country with a different name, is composed of sheep's offal (heart, liver, and lungs) mixed with onions, oatmeal, suet, and spices, all encased in the sheep's stomach and boiled. Haggis is often served with neeps (mashed turnips) and tatties (mashed potatoes).
10. Borscht (Russia):
Borscht, A beetroot soup originating from Russia and Eastern Europe ( Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Latvia, and Ukraine), typically made with a base of beetroot, cabbage, and carrots sauté. In Russia they use beef and bone stocks, in Ukraine use pork, the Borscht can be served hot or cold and is often garnished with sour cream and fresh dill. Borscht was a winter casserole, to make everyone warm.
11. Pizza: (Italy)
Pizza, A beloved Italian originally from Naples, dish consisting of a thin, round crust topped with Mediterranean vegetables, tomato sauce, cheese, and various toppings such as pepperoni, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Pizza is baked in a hot oven until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted. It is just Yummy, and everyone agrees with good pizza any time and anywhere it is just perfect with family and friends.
12. Ratatouille:
Ratatouille, This vibrant French dish captures the essence of summer with its medley of fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs. A provencal vegetable stew made with eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic, cooked in olive oil until tender. Ratatouille can be enjoyed as a side dish or a vegetarian main course. This simple yet elegant dish is a healthy and delicious way to enjoy the best of summer produce.
13. Risotto:
